Add support for stretch and spacers in widget layouts #281

This should probably be an actual widget. Make sure it works with GridLayouts as well as the traditional layouts.

Note that I added the SPACER widget to the website, as well as the new params I added to the VERTICAL and VERTICALBOX widgets.
