Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The debugger is relatively obscure and difficult to use for people.

Describe the solution you'd like
Once the debugger is open I'd like buttons or other help to display available variables and methods (maybe code completion). Also a button for the show_backtrace trick. I think by typing a variable it should automatically do a puts without explicitly typing "puts var".

show_backtrace should be available without even bringing up the debugger prompt.

We already have a Script->Show Call Stack which shows the stack from the current execution point. show_backtrace shows the stack from the last exception. Do you still think this should be part of the main Script menu? I think the call stack covers the nominal case of "where am i now" and the debugger should handle the "what happened during the last error" stack.
