When using OpenGL Builder in COSMOS 4.3.0 on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS, the Earth view in earth_model.rb is expecting "EarthMap1024x512.gif", but the filename for the GIF bundled in the gem has a lowercase 'm' which causes the scene to be rendered with a black sphere. Renaming the file to have a capital 'm' resolves the issue and allows the earth GIF to be textured over the rendered sphere.
