Can we order the legend so that it appears in the steps a complaint goes through? This would be better than alphabetical. Can we make the colors stay consistent?

Doesn't look like we can redo the legend. I think we could possible create our own using a textbox? I was able to fix the coloring issue, I believe. I reset the colors and standardized them, hopefully they stay the same.
