Cumulative Hotfix for Colored Collection Rows Release

This is a hotfix and commulative stability release with 37 bug fixes, features and updates - including a few critical showstopper bugs.

This is part of an exciting release with all the latest from Blender 4.3 and 4.4 to the date - with a chunk of 139 pieces of love from us this cycle

New:

• Horizontal walk navigation lock
• Smarter Smart delete in Mesh Edit mode (removes isolated geometry now)

This release has a new fresh set of features including Asset Shelves for the 3D View and Node Editors, new Power User tools subdivision parity opt-in, Grease Pencil 3.0 interface love, extensions UX love! With another 33 task and features added to everything from the latest from Blender 4.2.1 and 4.3.0 Alpha (main branch) to the date.

This build also comes with some showstopper that needed to be dealt with to give you the best of the best! So version 4.2.1 has been skipped.

A Major Feature Update from Blender

This release has a new fresh set of features including Brush Assets, Grease Pencil 3.0 with Geometry Nodes compatibility, EEVEE 2.0, Multi-pass AOV's in the Viewport Compositor, and offline and online extensions love!
