SequenceGraphs

Description

SequenceGraphs provides a representation of sequence graphs for representing genome assemblies and population graphs of genotypes/haplotypes and variation.

Installation

SequenceGraphs is currently in development. But you can clone SequenceGraphs from the Julia REPL:

(v1.0) pkg> add https://github.com/BioJulia/SequenceGraphs.jl.git

If you are interested in the cutting edge of the development, please check out the master branch to try new features before release.

Testing

SequenceGraphs is tested against Julia v0.7 and v1.X.Y on Linux, OS X, and Windows.
