aliases.xml alias element should allow requirePath attribute to reference classes by require path #724

At present aliases.xml has a class attribute that uses old style namespace syntax e.g.

  <alias name="my.something-service" class="mylib.MyService"/>

It should be possible to instead use a requirePath attribute to be consistent with newer terminology and usage e.g.

  <alias name="my.something-service" requirePath="mylib/MyService"/>
