Create Blogs Page

create a blogs page similar to the design of paradigm: https://www.paradigm.xyz/writing
For now do not implements topics and search bar, only have articles.

Implement articles in such a way that it can render markdown.

Use content from these three articles for now to create this page. In future we'll add a backend from which the website can fetch markdown content.
