BloodHound operates with a graph database, using graph theory. This is a visual guide to the design of the graph:

Every user, group, computer, domain, gpo, and ou is a vertex, or node.

The directed edges (or relationships) between these nodes establish local group privileges, group memberships, user logon sessions, and ACL rights.

The paths always lead towards further compromise or privilege.
