Multiple filters should be AND (currently looks like it's an OR) in Search

Describe the bug

When adding multiple filters, the relationship between them looks like an OR instead of an AND.

What part of Nexus is affected: Fusion

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior, e.g. for Fusion:

1. Go to the search app
2. Add a 'NeuronMorphology' filter on types
3. Add a 'VISp4' filter on the brain region
4. Results show resources that are either 'NeuronMorphology' or 'VISp4'

Expected behavior

4. Results should show resources that are both 'NeuronMorphology' and 'VISp4'
