The grc file enables the HackRF transmit on mutiple(the example is 3 frequency, 145.500 MHz, 146MHz and 147MHz) freqeuncy within the band limit(20 MHz).
The frequency is within the amateur radio band, so make sure you have a license before operating on them!
This is original GNU radio project file for the video START DASH, I'll upload the comment and tutorials for the code and the project in the near future(Maybe I'll start from November 2023?). Now if you want to use the exact same song (START DASH 9 people ver.), just replace the address in the wav file source.
