Experimental .fsm chunk extractor.
Experimental, and mostly untested MGSV:TPP .fsm chunk extractor. Can currently be used to extract the .demo and .snd chunks from .fsm files. It also automatically builds the SND chunks into a Wwise Vorbis (.wem) audio file.
