The App is a non-custodial Bitcoin wallet. We do not store, control, or have access to your funds or private keys. You alone are responsible for securely managing and backing up your wallet information.
3. No Financial Services
The App does not process, facilitate, or intermediate cryptocurrency transactions. All transactions occur directly on the blockchain, independent of us.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is", without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developers, contributors, or distributors of the App be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or funds, arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
6. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device, wallet backups, private keys, and passwords. We cannot recover lost or stolen funds.

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We are not responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
