mention the JS modulo bug #80

The implementation of the modulo operator (%) in Javascript is nonstandard and will return unexpected results for negative values (see http://javascript.about.com/od/problemsolving/a/modulobug.htm). I think this tidbit fits well with the JS-Garden's aim to document the quirky parts of JS and help avoid common mistakes and subtle bugs. Would you include this?

Hi - please feel free to contribute a pull request detailing the bug. We can definitely include - perhaps as a footnote?
