Version of the script
SELECT @Version = '7.4', @VersionDate = '20190320';

What is the current behavior?
When you try SortOrder = memory grant, avg memory grant, spills, or avg spills in Azure SQL DB, you get an error saying this version of SQL Server doesn't support that.

It's because we're checking version numbers directly - we should be checking sys.all_columns instead to see if the columns we need are present in sys.dm_exec_memory_grants.

#2015 sp_BlitzCache sorting in Azure SQL DB
Instead of checking version numbers, look at sys.all_columns for the grant and spill columns. Closes #2015.
