Dell Studio XPS 1340

This machine has a NVIDIA DSM UUID on handle \_SB.PCI0.IXVE.IGPU._DSM (which calls methods like \_SB.PCI0.XVR0.Z01I.DGOF for disabling the discrete card). \_SB.PCI0.IXVE.IGPU is the integrated GPU handle, \_SB.PCI0.XVR0.Z01I the discrete one. bbswitch is not going to work with this machine for now.
