Issue with setup_runtime.csh

The following issue suggests a problem regarding user path info in setup_runtime.csh:

Reset these changes by running: source /usr/local/uvcdat/2016-03-09/bin/reset_runtime.csh

With the move to anaconda this is not relevant any longer

actually you're not for much longer, I'm going to put the anaconda version in there now.
