Update matplotlib to 1.4.2

We are a couple of patch releases behind the matplotlib latest (1.4.0 vs 1.4.2), I'll obtain the source tar balls and update UV-CDAT sources to point to the latest release..

matplotlib-1.4.2.tar.gz

I'll tweak the MD5 code (7d22efb6cce475025733c50487bd8898) and patch numbers and submit a pull request
