Geo Enhancement: limit search/browse results to boundary of map

Similar to Yelp's check box 'redo search when map is moved', it would be helpful to have a way to limit the search/browse results to the current are covered by the map. In other words, when the map is repositioned or zoomed in/out, the search/browse results would change to only display the data records found within the resulting viewable geographic area.

This would need to be an optional checkbox, as this behavior won't be useful in all cases.
