Use Case Title
Add new element “Teacher Education Credential Exam Score”

Use Case Description
Within the Postsecondary Education -> PS student -> Teacher Education/Preparation, there are two CEDS elements around the teacher education credential exam: “Teacher Education Credential Exam Score Type” (000774) and “Teacher Education Credential Exam Type” (000773). However, there is no corresponding element to capture the exam score. NCDPI is requesting that the element “Teacher Education Credential Exam Score” is added to CEDS.

Use Case Background
