CGT NametagBasedFontChanger MV

Makes it so that message boxes' fonts are automatically set based on the YanflyMessageCore nametags they have (if any). Requires the CGT CoreEngine plugin and Yanfly's MessageCore plugin to work. Make sure this one is below that in the PluginManager list.
