I made a quick diff from 1903 v3.0 and 1909 and there is not much changed.

  • MicrosoftEdge: New in 1909 AllowMixedModePrintingInPDF
  • DeviceInstallation: New in 1909 DeviceInstall_Instance_IDs[_Allow|_Deny] to allow/deny PnP device install by ID
  • Inetres: New in 1909 KeepIntranetSitesInInternetExplorer [_Allow|_Deny] to allow/deny PnP device install by ID

I'm going to review the .ADML tomorrow. But the interesting changes are upcoming with Windows 10 20H1 (Vibranium) since 1909 is more or less only a "bug fix" release.
