Refine interfaces

I need to revise all interfaces in the /sbg directory. For example, reduce is a public method for PWMap, although is only a helper function to define compactly mapInf.
Also, I haven't provided a traversal method for Vmap, Emap, etc. If we change the implementation of SBG, then the algorithms may not work.

Also, as it is a small change, I will also fix Doxygen files in this branch.

Delegate is better described as a technique rather than a pattern. Following "Design Patterns: Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software" we will replace it with "Strategy pattern".

• Interfaces.
• Replace typedefs.
  Strategy pattern has been already been addressed in iss-76, and also in iss-45.

Analyze different options like push_back and emplace_back for containers.

Seems like offsetDom is no longer necessary.
