HiCBricks offers user-friendly and efficient solutions for handling large high-resolution Hi-C datasets. HiCBricks provides functions to import data using various Hi-C data formats (mcool, sparse, square matrix, with more to come). It provides simplified functions for accessing relevant data points in Hi-C matrices. Finally, it provides functions for calling domains and other functions for high quality data visualizations.
