US time series recovered data shows Zeros since 3/17/2020 #1208

The CSSE COVID 19 time series data, doesn't include recovered data past 3/17/2020.

Also, the prior numbers seem really low. Current data in the Daily file shows 171 for the us, but the last update showed 17. Now it's all zeros in the Recovered file. The other countries seem to be updating correctly on spot check.

If acquired or derived separately/differently, I would suggest a fourth time series with status Active. Then Recovered could be derived from Confirmed - Active - Deaths.
