Please flatten data, some countries are reported cumulative, others are reported on daily increase #2204

Hi, first thanks for trying hard to collect those data. unfortunately, in the CSVs, some of the countries are showing cumulative data and others are showing daily delta datas, can you plan to make this lfat : either cumulative or daily delta, but not mixing both in the same dataset (see for esample number of death in france vs italy, one is cumulative, the other one is daily.).

I don't think there are any "delta" countries. If some values go "back" it is a reporting error.
