Official sources, I believe, are NSW health, found here:

https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/news/pages/2020-nsw-health.aspx

A small sample dataset I manually made from checking the pages on the above link results in:

Date Confirmed
2019-02-25 4
2019-02-26 4
2019-02-27 4
2019-02-28 4
2019-02-29 4
2019-03-01 6
2019-03-02 6
2019-03-03 15
2019-03-04 22
2019-03-05 25
2019-03-06 28
2019-03-07 36
2019-03-08 40
2019-03-09 47
2019-03-10 61
2019-03-11 65
2019-03-12 78
2019-03-13 92
2019-03-14 112

Whereas the time_series_19-covid-Confirmed document currently has these values. I have put my data in brackets to show the contrast where there is a discrepancy.

2/29/20 3/1/20 3/2/20 3/3/20 3/4/20 3/5/20 3/6/20 3/7/20 3/8/20 3/9/20
4 6 6 13 (15) 22 22 (25) 26 (28) 28(36) 38(40) 48(47)

I am curious why there is a discrepancy? Is there another more official source?
