Please create completely new files

In light of the inaccuracy of the data, naming convention issues, granularity, and duplication of records, we'd like to know if you could provide a new dataset.

It can be an export from your site or data with a unique key and no duplicate records. We understand that there's different granularity when reporting and suggest to have different columns. For example,

Country/Region
City
State
County

We understand that some of it may be blank but it would allow for different inputs. I.e. if the data is only available for the whole state, county and city would be blank, but state and country would be populated.
