Many more counties might be missing.

Maybe there is a problem with handling the data series? The latest .csv files end with March 12th. The website shows data for March 13th however.

I've just pulled the repo, and Italy data still hasn't been updated. The time series data was updated on commit 4b81417 (00:11:07 13 Mar UTC) does not have updated data for Italy, showing 12462 for the last two samples (12 March and 11 March).

Probably related to #650, all recent data is flawed.
