Australia data is missing/wrong on the current dashboard #668

Today on the John Hopkins Dashboard Australia has 1 case, it is missing most of our states. Please add back in the missing data. This data is not from the saved files, it is from https://gisanddata.maps.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/bda7594740fd40299423467b48e9ecf6

I see the data in the CSV uploads here, confirmed it isn't in the dashboard. https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19/search?q=australia&unscoped_q=australia

Probably related to #650, all recent data is flawed.
