You are certainly right , but how can we interpret so low values for Turkey : I was asking myself this question several days ago and thought tests were not made at a high levl , but at the contrary I read after that a lot of tests have been made so :

  • do you know what is the number of test made on new persons everyday ?
  • what are the explanation for so low values when you are sourrounded by infected countries

Goverment doesnt share the number information but i think answer to your question is the restrictions that goverment made. They took an early steps; schools are closed even the universities, fly bans public gathering and etc.

Right after i replied to you case number became 18. 12 new cases are confirmed by our minister of health. I dont know the other countries increase ratio but i dont think that its normal to have this fast growth rate.
