For consideration a jUNIT formatter.


Thanks for the submission. I'm not sure I understand the need to output results in JUnit XML format - on the surface, it doesn't seem like the format is similar enough to be useful. Can you explain your use case?


Sure, I use csslint as part of a CI build using Bamboo. Bamboo out the box natively processes xml files in the jUNIT format and allows me to monitor the success rate of the tests, whereas for example if I wanted to use checkstyle as an alternative I would have to install a checkstyle plugin for bamboo.

This formatter basically allows me to pretty much run a vanilla install of bamboo, I figured I'd share it since others may have a similar setup. I guess the only real limitation is that jUNIT does not support warnings, it's either success, error or failure.
