This demonstration web site offers a library of resources to assist in managing a Web site using XML. It was designed and developed as a product of the Web Site Management Using XML Testbed, conducted by the Center for Technology in Government in 2005 - 2006. It is now an historical artifact, but with some useful information. It has not been updated since 2007.
It contains practical approaches to getting XML up and running in a variety of environments, including ASP, PHP, JSP, Java Filter, ColdFusion, Dreamweaver, and Cocoon.
It also provides simple approaches for integrating XML with relational databases to generate dynamic Web pages.
A working version of the site can be found at http://www.thexmltoolkit.org/.
