ODM-to-i2b2 servicedesk production
This release handles longitudinal clinical data (repeating values) in a format that is suitable for both an i2b2-light system, as for the full i2b2 star schema. It is especially suitable for the current R-scripted upload pipeline into tranSMART, which uses an i2b2-light.

The release 2.1 improves the release 2.0 on style issues only. 2.1 has been checked with the existing tests, checkstyle, findbugs, PMD and CPD, at least for the code that was created at VUmc.

This release deals with all the repeated values, both for repeated events as for repeated item groups. All the data is available in the exported tabular files. They require the usage of the visit dimension and the instance_num key in i2b2.

This is the first release of the ODM to i2b2 tool, which converts an ODM/XML file to a set of three tabular files.
