Is Traditional Chinese documentation welcome? (and which file to start with)

Hi! 👋 I'd like to contribute to Cap by translating some documentation into Traditional Chinese (zh-TW).

Before I begin, I want to check two things:

1. Would you be open to adding Traditional Chinese translations to the project?
2. If yes, which document would be most helpful to translate first?
   I’m considering:
   • CLAUDE.md
   • AGENTS.md
   • or any other file you prefer

I plan to send small, incremental PRs and follow your suggestions.
