Please ensure all dependencies are available on the CircuitPython filesystem. This is easily achieved by downloading the Adafruit library and driver bundle/. The USB Hub ships with dependencies installed.
I2C Bus 1 is accessible from the host side via the I2C bridge and from the MCU.
