Looks good. As a side note for the long term, it may make sense to pull out style values into styles.xml . As an even longer term view, we could look at say something like Zeplin to make it so design changes from Figma propogate directly to styles.xml. (But that's outside of the scope of this PR, and worthy of a discussion) Approved.

This PR adds functionality for surveys created using the Android FHIR SDK to upload their results as FHIR QuestionnaireResponse JSON to Firebase Firestore.
