Xcode 13 Workaround

Xcode 13 also needs a workaround script.

I replaced XCODE_1200 with XCODE_1300 in the following script, and then building libraries was successful.

Add script using https://github.com/Carthage/Carthage/blob/master/Documentation/Xcode12Workaround.md, select Xcode 13 in command line tool in Xcode preferences than run carthage.sh bootstrap --platform iOS --cache-builds
