Adjust the health of each Valheim Boss. For example, balances the triple and double shot perks of Epic Loot.

The health of the bosses can be configured with a BepInEx Configuration Manager as follows: https://valheim.thunderstore.io/package/Azumatt/Official_BepInEx_ConfigurationManager/
- Configure the health of each of the 6 Valheim bosses with a factor ranging between 1 and 20
- Configure the health of the mobs with a factor ranging between 1 and 20
