Basically all but one test will be skipped, whichever test is easiest to get passing, get that one passing. From there I will one by one get the remaining tests passing. Once all these are ported over to pydocx then we need to port over the xml based test cases form docx2html

@JeffSpies @winhamrw Feel free to take a look. I have pegged reqs, supported versions of python and ported over half the tests from docx2html (only one of which is passing)
