- Add exportLocalsConvention option matching css-loader v7 behavior
- Fix namedExport:true to skip JavaScript keywords instead of fallback
- Add applyExportLocalsConvention transformation function
- Deprecate camelCase option in favor of exportLocalsConvention
- Update test compiler to auto-sync css-loader options
- Update all tests and snapshots for new behavior
- Add comprehensive documentation in README
