Ensemble update

This PR includes some new ensemble features:

• fine-grained WMV options - the exact behaviour of WMV can now be set by two parameters (strength from 0 to 1 and exponent from 0 to inf). The previous behaviour correspond to strength=0.5, exponent=1.
• better inconsistency resolution - now, subsumption violations get resolved based on the net score of each class
• single ChemLog model - if you don't want to have 3 ChemLog models, you can wrap all 3 models into 1
• support for new models - 4 new (and better) models have been added to huggingface and can be accessed via model keys
• updated CLI and README
