Reward redemptions are missing timestamps

Describe the bug

There is no timestamps on reward redemption messages.

To reproduce

1. Redeem a reward that shows up in chat but is not a message highlight, like xd in Pajlada's channel.
2. Observe that the message is missing a timestamp making it inconsistent with other multi-message events like subs which have timestamps on all messages.
