Hello,
I want to include the carousel static in a page template. How can I do that?

Hello, eriches!
If you want to hard include the carousel in page template, you can add PHP code in page template:

But, I would recommend you to use shortcode's menu when editing post/page item and insert carousel shortcode as the content.
