If the incoming endpoint (read "fake" email address) function doesn't terminate with the atom ok. then the server will resend the response until the server is being shut off.

As of now, the only valid responses are:

ok.
and
{error, Reason}.

By default, the function returns {ok, Pid} which leads to the aforementioned reason because there is no case clause that handles it.

Trying to track down this error. Is this in the template generated files or somewhere else? can you be a bit more specific on what is causing the problem?

What this means is that if you don't manually end the emailing function in "ok" rather than {ok, Pid}, then it is being understood as a transmission error and the message is getting resend. That repeats until you kill the app.

I ended up with over 50 emails of the same kind by this bug.
