You have to go to a user's profile to handle muting, which makes muting non-PeerTube users and instances impossible. Even for PT, you'd still need to find someone's account page first.

A large nazi site, Gab, is joining/is already on the fediverse and is assisting their users in creating their own instances. We still can't preemptively mute in the software. I've been using a combination of /etc/hosts and iptables to do this system wide, but that's a workaround.
