Support Python >= <min>, not Python == <exact>.
Otherwise it's a faff when Ubuntu and homebrew's update cycle
goes out of sync.

This is blocking until Ubuntu's python3 package bumps to 3.6. Currently it's stuck on 3.5.2.

Tested and working in Python 3.6 as of 6f891cb.

Using Ubuntu jonathonf PPA.
