You need to enable the backup utility in the settings menu

Can you think of any reason to disable the backup utility?

I can see not presenting it to the user unless they have admin rights, but I can't see a reason to disable it....

I think there is No reason to disable the backup, unless it does not work on a windows system. If the flag is disabled we need to display a msg to the user about the flag...

My backup file has InfoCentral in the name (no one knows what that is)
Also i got blank 0 KB file
