Church greeter email content to be configurable

ChurchCRM\Emails\notifications\NewPersonOrFamilyEmail.php

Greeter email should be configurable, configuration can be included under report setting to allow custom message.

Also Formatting to be added as below

Church Name (+logo)
Dear Church Greeter (custom person/name),

New Person Added (line break)
Name: Joe Black
View Person Page

(custom message -unlimited txt count)

Sincerely,
Church Administrator

I've been thinking we should persist some of the templates to the database instead of the filesystem so that they survive upgrades.
