Reverse vertical axis on Touch controllers #8

This change will reverse the vertical axis on the Touch controllers, both left and right sticks, so their orientation matches the VirtualBoy.

Unfortunately, the same bug (reversed vertical axis) still affects the emulator menus. I haven't yet worked out how to fix that.

The directions needed to be changed in the Menu.cpp files to also work in the menu. Also I am not sure if the right and left trigger really needed to be changed. It seems like the test-rom does not work correctly on this emulator.

OK I'll try testing that out on the Quest soon.

Maybe whoever made that test ROM has dyslexia? :)
